RESUME #TIANATIPS

My #TianaTip today is about #Resumes.

So yesterday, I had a client come and meet with me who was interested in becoming a leasing agent/consultant.

She gave me her resume, and YIKES! It was missing so much information like :

1. Her updated address and phone number

2. Her most recent job and position.

3. Her certification she recently completed that would help with her credential and much much more !

See, your resume is the employer seeing YOU before they see YOU. I have hired, fired and interviewed lots of people, and if I get a resume that looks incomplete or doesn't have the skillset required or something close to it, I SKIP IT !

Employers Won't Look At Your Resume With A FAIR CHANCE of Interviewing if you CHEAT YOURSELF WITH UPDATING YOUR RESUME!

In Beasting and Leasing 101, Resumes are a very big part in my book!

We will :

1. Update the resume

2. Add whatever is missing to current

3. Change format and reword the most important parts to sell your skills!
